Origin of Memoreaz
At Memoreaz, we are a close-knit team, and like everyone else, we have all dealt with loss at one time or another. Our story began 35 years ago, when we lost a beloved sister. The pain of that loss was compounded by the lack of memories. How valuable Memoreaz would have been at the time. Later we had to lose another loved one, this time a close friend who died suddenly of an illness. And when the corona pandemic struck, we saw how many people had to say goodbye to their loved ones without being able to see them one last time. These experiences were the inspiration for Memoreaz.
After countless conversations with psychologists and healthcare professionals, we decided to turn our idea into reality. We started building our project and developing our app more than three years ago. From the beginning, we worked extremely hard to get where we are today. And although we have come a long way, we are far from finished. We continue to innovate and have many new ideas to make Memoreaz even better.
We get a lot of positive feedback, especially from the palliative care sector. But we would like to convince everyone of the importance of Memoreaz. Because sooner or later we all have to deal with loss. How nice would it be to be able to hear a loved one's voice again or receive a personal message? With Memoreaz, you can. In addition, our app allows you to share important documents and passwords with those who need them after your death. You can also communicate your last wishes, so your loved ones know exactly what your wishes were.
Memoreaz even offers the option to create a bucket list of things you would still like to do. You can share this list with family and friends so they are aware of your dreams and aspirations.
